Can it tell six people apart?
When people take turns, yes. Very similar voices, or a room sharing one distant microphone, are harder. You can rename and merge speakers in the editor afterwards.
Is the recording private?
It is stored for your account alone and never used to train models. Delete the file and the audio goes with it.
