Questions before you pay

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel Unlimited from your profile in a few clicks. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Subscriptions started in the iOS or Android app are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings.

What is the difference between one file and Unlimited?

One file is a one-time payment: it unlocks the full transcript of one recording, up to 10 hours, and it stays unlocked. Unlimited is a subscription that covers every file you transcribe while it is active, with every export format.

What happens to my transcripts if I cancel?

They stay in your account. After the paid period ends, the free plan applies again, so long files show their first 15 minutes until you unlock them. Files you bought one by one stay unlocked for good.

Is my language included?

Yes. All 90+ languages are included on every plan, including Free.

What if the language was detected wrong?

Open the transcript and pick the right language. You can transcribe each file again in another language once, for free.

How can I pay?

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, where you see the payment methods available in your country before you confirm. In the iOS and Android apps you pay through the App Store or Google Play.

Do I keep the Halloween price?

Yes. Subscribe by October 31 and you keep 25% off for as long as you stay subscribed.

Do I need an account?
